Chapter 3 of the 2000 Royal Decree Establishing the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (Public Organization) authorizes establishment of the Executive Committee for the Office (11 members); the Committee for Development of Assessment Systems for Basic Education (not exceeding 11 members); and the Committee for Development of Assessment Systems for Higher Education (not exceeding 11 members).
